Description Technical Specs

Traditionally, Paul's Epistle to the Galatians has been interpreted as the Apostle's teaching against the Torah. Many who believe the Torah has been abolished by the coming of Yeshua turn to Galatians to "prove" their point of view. Tim Hegg's commentary on this great Epistle begins with the premise that Paul did not speak against the Torah. He proceeds verse-by-verse through the Epistle to show that Paul was combating the unbiblical notion, being taught by some within the Galatian community, that "legal Jewish status" (becoming a proselyte) was the only way for a Gentile believer to become a bona fide member of God's people. According to Paul, such teaching was contrary to the Scriptures and thus antithetical to the very Gospel he had originally delivered to the Galatians.
